Recipe Name: Tumbler Idli

Ingredients:
Tumbler Idli: 1 cup boiled rice, 1 cup raw rice, 1 cup Urud dhal, 1ts fenugreek(venthayam), 1 tea spoon soda salt, 10 gms pepper, 2 table spoon gingerly oil, salt as per taste. Brinjal Sambhar without dhal: 5 Brinjal chopped, 3 tomato chopped, 1 big onion chopped, 1 tea spoon coriander powder,1 tea spoon red chilli powder, 1 table spoon sambhar powder, salt as per taste. Black gram dhal chutney: Black gram 100 gms, garlic 5pc,1 big onion chopped, 5 red chilli, tamerind (small piece), salt as per taste. Garlic Chutney: Garlic 20 pc,5 red chilli, small size lemon , curry leaves, 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
Procedure:
Tumbler Idli: 1) Soak Urud dhal, Boiled rice, Raw rice, fenugreek for 2 hours. 2) Grind these ingrediants with salt, but not as so nice as idli batter. This is the previous day preparation. 3) Make the pepper into small pieces, and add gingerly oil and soda salt. If you want you can add little water. 4) Take same size mini tumblers(6-8) and apply oil in tumbler, transfer the batter into the half of tumbler. 5) Now arrange these tumbler in cooker tray. Boil for 15 minutes. 6) Now hot and tasty tumbler idli is ready. Brinjal Sambhar without dhal: 1) Cook Brinjal, Tomato and onion into soft( 2 whistle ) 2) Allow them to cool and grind the paste. 3) Dilute this paste and add sambhar powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. 4) Top seasoning with mustard, urud dhal, hing powder(perungayam), curry leaves. Allow these to boil. 5) Now tasty Brinjal sambhar is ready. Black gram dhal Chutney: 1) Roast all the items in ingrediants seperately in the pan, without salt and tamarind. 2) Allow them to cool and grind all these coarstly. 3) Top seasoning with mustard, urud dhal, curry leaves, and hing powder. 4) Healthy Chutney is ready. Garlic Chutney: 1) Grind all the ingrediants. 2) Squeeze the lemon on the mixture and mix it. Add little water. 3) Top seasoning with mustard, hing powder and curry leaves. 4) Tasty, sour, spicy chutney is ready to serve.
