Recipe Name: Kambu Pesalu Rotta

Ingredients:
kambu, Pesalu, onion, greenchillies, ginger,salt, curry leaves, carrots, beans, cabbage, any vegetables you can add.
Procedure:
Take equal quantity of kambu and Pesalu. Soak it separately for 6 hours. Then grind it separately like rotta consistency. Then mix together well with required salt. In that add finely chopped onions, ginger, greenchillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, carrots, cabbage, beans. Mix it well. Then you can make rotta. Here I served it with nellikai majika. This rotta is a diabetic friendly recipe. Pesalu reduces your blood pressure and rich in fibre. Kambu reduces your sugar levels and rich in antioxidants. This is my grandmother's recipe.
