Recipe Name: Untta pulusu/urundai kuzhambu

Ingredients:
For untta: Channa dal - 1 cup, onion - 1, coconut - chopped ( small), salt-required quantity,curry leaves. For pulusu: Oil, Mustard seeds,urad dal, garlic cloves- 10, asafoetida,onion - 1,tomato-1, tamarind water,chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves.
Procedure:
Preparation of untta: - Soak the channa dal for two hours. - Grind it to a coarse with salt. - Change it to a bowl and add chopped onions, chopped coconut,curry leaves. - Mix them well and make balls. Preparation of pulusu: - In a hot pan add oil, mustard seeds,urad dal,asafoetida, garlic cloves, onions, tomatoes one by one. - pour required quantity of tamarind water and salt, chilli powder.(tamarind water should be watery) - Make it to boil. - First,add three untta in it. - After it comes up by it's own,add another three untta. - Repeat the above step till the last ball. - Add two crushed unttas in it. - Make it to boil. - Finally,add some coriander leaves for garnishing. - Our untta pulusu is ready to serve with hot boiled rice.
