Ingredients:
Idly rice 1 cup, Thor dhal 1/2 cup, urad dhal 1/4 cup, coconut 1/4 mudi, red chillies 3-4, salt.
Procedure:
Soak rice for 4 hours or more. Soak both the dhals just for one hour. Grind the coconut, red chilli, salt, rice together in mixie coarsely like rava. Grind the dhals in grinder for 20 minutes. Add the rice in the grinder and run for few minutes only. Mix contents from mixie and Remove . Let it ferment for 4 hours and make the Ada as following : In a kadai add 1 spn oil , pour one Ganta Pindi and close with a lid. Flip it In few minutes and add little drops of oil if needed and close it.
