Recipe Name: Healthy Murungakeerai Ragi Adai & Spicy Tomoto Kothsu

Ingredients:
Ingredients for Ragi Adai : Ragi flour - 1 cup Murungakeerai - 1cup Chopped onions - 1/2 cup Red Chillies - 2 Salt - 1/2 tsp Tamarind Juice - 1 tsp Water - 1/2 Cup Ghee - 1tsp Ingredients for Tomato Kothsu : Tomatoes - 6 Chopped Onions - 4 Coriander - 1 cup Seasonings : Oil Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves few Hing - 1/4 tsp Turmeric - 1 pinch Chilli powder - 1 tsp Jaggery - 1 inch bit
Procedure:
Method for Ragi Adai: Mix all the ingredients with water and prepare it like a chapathi dough. Place pan on stove and pour some oil then pat the ragi dough when pan is warm, evenly with hands using water. Immediately turn to other side and roast using oil and ghee as well for great taste. Method For Tomato Kothsu : Boil tomatoes in hot water for 10 mins. Peel of the outer skin when it's cooled off. Grind the tomatoes to make a puree. Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seeds, when it splitters add Urad dal and Cumin seeds followed by onions, fry till golden brown, then add tomato puree followed by the remaining spice powdersand jaggery. Boil for 10 minutes when it's thick turn off stove and add coriander leaves and serve hot with Ragi Adai.
