For pesarattu, Mung beans, raw rice, green chillies, cumins, ginger, water and rock salt... For miriyam, onions, red chillies, tamarind, jaggery and salt...
Procedure:
For pesarattu, Soak the raw rice and mung beans in the ratio 0.5:1, separately a day before. Now grind these both with cumin,ginger,green chillies, water and rock salt. You can add chopped small onions for toppings if required, it's optional... For miriyam, Grind onions, red chillies, tamarind, salt and lil jaggery into a paste.
