Recipe Name: Instant Multi-dal Adai

Ingredients:
1 cup idly rice, 1/2 cup toor dal, 1/4 cup channa dal, 1 tbsp moong dal, 6 red chilli, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin, Salt as required, Hot water as required
Procedure:
πŸ‘‰ Rinse with water and dry the raw materials - raw rice, toor dal, channa dal, moong dal. πŸ‘‰ In a mixer, add all the Ingredients and blend it to coarse powder (like rava). πŸ‘‰ Transfer the ground powder to bowl, add boiling water to it. πŸ‘‰ Leave it for an hour, again add little water to it dosa Adai Consistency. πŸ‘‰Serve the Adai with Curd. . Benefits: Dall contains a very good amount of fiber in them which help in preventing problem like constipation. This is nutritious and easily digested.
