Procedure:
நச்சுக்கெட்ட கீரை உப்புமா 1. Soak rice and chenna dal for 2 hours. 2. Grind it along with Jeera red chilies and salt. 3. Keep it aside. 4 clean the leaves and remove the midrib of the leaves. 5. Pour some of the ground batter on the leaf,roll it and steam it for 10 minutes. 6. Cut it into small pieces. 7 in a pan take some oil mustard, urad dal,chenna dal, onion and let onion fry until it's raw smell goes away. 8. Garnish with fresh grated coconut and curry leaves. Small onion pachadi 1.finely chop small onions and add the lemon juice,salt,chilli Powder,and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Sembaruthi Panam 1. Boil the petals of hibiscus with a glass of water and cardamom and let it boil for five minutes. 2.add sugar and lemon juice after it cools down. 3. Filter and serve.
