Ingredients:
1 cup idli rice 1 cup or 3/4 raw ground nuts 5 to 6 red chillies For tampering Mustard seeds Urud dal Chenna dal Asafodiea Karuveppilai Kothamalli 3 to 4 small size onions
Procedure:
Soak rice and ground nuts together for 4 hours Wash and drain it Add red chillis and salt Grind it coarsely the battery Add salt Batter is to be fermented for 4 hrs For tampering Onions ,mustard seeds, Urud dal chennadaal , Asafodiea,karuveppilai, kothamalli Now batter is ready . Taste it and enjoy
