Recipe Name: Menthulu Dosa @ Venthaya Dosa @ Fenugreek Dosa with Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:
Idly rice 2 Cups, 2 Table Spoons of Fenugreek(Menthulu,Venthayam), Salt. 2 Tomato ,2 Onion ,Garlic, 2 Red Chilli.
Procedure:
First Soak idly rice for 3 to 4 hours, Then Grid2 Cups of Rice with 2 Table spoon of fenugreek with adding water . Batter wants to be little watery consistent and add salt in batter. Ready to pour Dosa no need to wait this batter we can use immediately . Very Simple and Easy-to-prepare. Fenugreek will help us to reduce body heat and fenugreek mainly useful for ladies to reduce stomach pain. Tomato Chutney- Fry tomato,onion, garlic, and red chilli then grind it in mixie then add salt to taste and finally fry mustard,urad dall curry leaves to Chutney. Now ready to taste the receipe
