Ingredients:
Soya Biriyani:(COPY RIGHT RESERVED BY SWATHILAKSHMI😉) Ingredients: Basumathi rice Onion 2 Tomato 4 SOYA (blanched and squeezed) Beans 200gms Carrot 200gms Cauliflower 200gms Curd Ginger garlic paste (Swathi's note: strictly from home) Pudhina Coriander Salt Red chilli powder Biriyani Masala of ur choice Ghee/oil BAY LEAF
Procedure:
Stage 1:In oil add add above said raw Masala +onion + ginger garlic paste +vegetables +tomato wait till every thing turns to gravy. Add pudhina +biriyanimasala of ur choice+chilli powder at this stage +blanched squeezed soya+ allow it to cook along with the stage 1 gravy +add salt and ghee now at this stage+after mixing well add Getti perugu +coriander now. Add basumathi rice along with it. Allow to cook until the rice becomes soft n lengthy. Finally add some more ghee to it and cut off. And Soya Biriyani is Done authentically. Adding Masala and salt counts according to ur taste buds their is no measurements.😊
