Ingredients:
Maida ghee yeast milk salt potato carrot beans coconut chillies garlic ginger masala powder khus khus
Procedure:
Parotta recipe; make a dough with 1 cup wheat flour add salt ghee baking powder milk and yeast store for one hour then make chapathis grease ghee n fold like a fan roll again like chappathis n roast in tava with ghee n serve with kurma Kurma recipe; pressure cook potato carrot peas beans each one cup with grinded mixture of 1 cup coconut, 6 green chilies khus khus ginger garlic as desired then seasoning with sombu mustard and finally add masala powder
