Ingredients:
Idli rice ,Thur dal, pepper,jeera,dhaniya,red chilli, coconut,banana leaf.
Procedure:
Rice 1 cup and Thur dal 1 cup soak two hours and add 1 spoon pepper ,1 spoon jeera,2 spoon dhaniya,8 redchilli, coconut 1 cup And required salt add and grind it to fine peast. Clean and wash the banana leaf and cut 4 inches .put the fine peast on the banana leaf.keep it on the idli plate .And cook 10 to 12 minutes .our ready ventibilla is ready.
