Ingredients:
Pesalappu - 2Tumbler For Fry - Oil, Mustard Seeds, Orid Dhal, Channa Dhal,Curry Leaves Green chilli,Lemon & Coconut For Sweet - Sugar, Ghee,Cashews, Elaichi powder , Coconut
Procedure:
Pesalappu Pittu Soak Pesalappu minimum for 4Hours After that grind in little coarse batter. Then make idly's leave as it come to room temperature then make in powder consistency ( u can use mixie to grind for powder consistency) With tat Pittu Mixer u can fry Sweet And Kaaram Pittu... For Kaaram Pittu - Take A Kadai and pour some oil and put Mustard seeds, Channa Dhal, Orid Dhal, Curry leaves, Green chillies and fry it after tat put Pesalappu Mixer in tat and at last add Lemon and Coconut Now Kaaram Pittu gets ready... Sweet Pittu - In a kadai put some Ghee & add Cashews then put tat Pesalappu Mixer and fry after 2 min put sugar and Coconut Fry little bit and Switch it off... (After Putting Sugar don't over cook Otherwise it may be in watery Consistant).. Now Sweet Pittu is ready to eat..
