Recipe Name: Papurottai, sweet Papurottai

Ingredients:
Raw rice 2 cups, Coconut gravel 2 cups, oil, ghee, green chillies 4,curry leaves, jeera 1 spoon, toordhal
Procedure:
soak the raw rice for 4 hours in water and grind it a fine paste with 1 cup coconut gravel. Dosas are made with diluted dough and they are cut into small pieces keep them aside. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan add jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, boiled toordhal, dosa pieces and fry them well. For sweet Papurottai mix dosa pieces added with coconut gravel, sugar powder, cordamom powder mix them well and add deep fried dry grapes in ghee. Tasty papurotta ready.
