Recipe Name: Upma kozhukattai & Omavalli Raita

Ingredients:
Unpolished boiled rice toor dhal kurunai, coconut gravel,red chilli,salt. Omavalli Raita: Omavalli leaves-15 Green chilli-5 Jeera- 1/4 teaspoon Oil - 2 spoon Coconut gravels-3 tspoon
Procedure:
Heat 4 spoon ground nut oil add mustard seeds chopped red chilli little roast them add coconut gravels,little asafoetida& salt add 3 cup of water after the water boils add unpolished boiled rice toor dhal kurunai mix it very well and allow it to cooked. Make it small smalls balls. Boil the balls in steam in a idly pan for 10 mins. Now tasty upuma Kozhukattai ready😋 Podi upma kozhukattai is also very yummy & tasty. Omavalli Raita: Take the kadai add one tspoon oil fry it all ingredients 5 mins all ingredients are grind in mixi jar. Add salt & 1 cup curd mix it very well. Heat 1 spoon oil add mustard seeds chopped curry leaves little asafoetida mix it very well. Tasty Omavalli Raita ready😋
