Ingredients:
Ingredients: karuppu kavuni rice -1cup, Idily rice- 3cup, Urad Dal-2cup, Methi seeds 1spoon....
Procedure:
1.Wash and soak idli rice,karupu konirice,urad dal,methi seeds for 6 hours 2.grind everything to a smooth paste adding required water and salt 3.transfer the idli batter to a vessel.mix the batter with hands. 4.cover and ferment over night. 5.the next morning mix the batter well 6.steam in idli pot and surve with chuttney , idily chilli powder....
