Recipe Name: Protein rich adai ( 7 pappu adai )

Ingredients:
Toor dal -1 cup, Moong dal -1 cup ,bengal gram -1 cup, horse gram(kollu) -1 cup, white urad dal - cup , black urad dal -1 cup , green gram - cup idli rice -1 cup , pepper -1 spoon , cumin seeds -1 spoon , dry red chilli -5 ,ginger - small piece , grated coconut , oil , salt - as required, coriander leaves
Procedure:
1. Wash and soak toor, moong, bengal gram, black urad, white urad, green gram, horse gram and idli rice together overnight 2.Grind pepper, cumin, ginger, red chilli coarsely and then add the soaked mixture and grind to ADAI Batter consistency. 3. Donot ferment 4. Add salt and coriander leaves to adai batter 5. Heat the adai/dosa pan and spread the batter then sprinkle grated coconut and roast both the sides with required oil. 6.Serve Hot Protein rich adai with Jaggery, Miriyam (onion chuttney) and utta.
