Recipe Name: Rice Thabdi billalu

Ingredients:
Ingredients: varagu rice- 1cup, kuthiraivali rice-1cup, raw rice- 1cup, Toordhal -1/4 cup, oil -1teaspoon, salt , asofotophia poweder, pepper - 10nos. cumin: 1/4 spoon . For onion karam: onion -3nos. tomoto- 1nos. Redchilli -7nos , salt, gingilly oil, curry leaves.
Procedure:
procedure: Take all 3 rice , dal , pepper, cumin and grind it into rava in the mixier jar. Place the pan on the stove take 6 cup water (1:2 water) and add salt, 2 teaspoon oil, asfotophia powder While the time of boiling water pour the ricerava mix and mix well without any lumps and close with a plate and leave for 10 minutes in the low flame, after 10mins off the stove. Allow the mixture to cool for 1/2 an hour and make small billalu(pellets) ,now the place the dosa tava on the stove and roast the billalu with oil till it turns into golden brown on both side.Now Rice billalu is ready to serve. For onion chutney : In the mixier add onion, tomato, chilli, salt and grind into a paste. Place the pan on the stove after the pan gets heated add 2 spoon of oil, add 1/4 spoon of kadugu, 1/4 spoon of urid dal , some cury leaves and pour this paste boil it for 10 to 15 minutes. finally add 3spoon gingily oil Now, the onion chutney is ready.. serve with hot billallu with onion chutney its very tasty and yummy
