Recipe Name: Beeda Dosa

Ingredients:
Carrot, beetroot, potato, onion, tomato, chilli powder, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves(all spices grinded), salt, oil, sugar
Procedure:
Chop all the vegetables finely and pressure cook it for 5-6whistles. Take half the quantity of boiled vegetables, allow it to cool and then grind it in mixer. Take a pan, add some oil, mustard, urad dal and fry it until it turns golden color, then add the boiled vegetables and vegetables paste to the pan, fry it for few minutes. Add salt, chilli powder, clove, cardamom, cinnamon and sugar. Fry it for another 8mimutes. The BEEDA is ready. Apply some coconut chutney to the dosa and then spread the BEEDA in between the dosa.
