Recipe Name: Amarthapalam with onion chutney

Ingredients:
For amarthapalam: Rice flour - 1cup,butter milk,salt- required quantity,channa dal - 1tbsp,urad dal - 1tbsp,mustard seeds-1tbsp,red chillies-4 For onion chutney: Onion - 3,red chillies-5,garlic cloves-4, tamarind- 1 small piece.
Procedure:
For Amarthapalam: Mix rice flour with butter milk and salt (watery consistency).In a hot pan,add mustard seeds,urad dal,channa dal,red chillies.Then add the rice flour and butter milk mixture. Until it thickens,mix it on a medium flame.Add some oil on your hands and make balls out this.Then,tap it on a wet cloth. For onion chutney: Add onions,red chillies, garlic cloves, tamarind in a hot pan.Then saute it. After it comes to room temperature,transfer it to a jar and grind it with salt.Add oil,urad dal, mustard seeds in a pan and pour it in the chutney.
